so yesterday, i had the best day ever. for me having a good day doesnt come too often. lately i havent had the confidence i need to get through the day. sometimes i dont even want to turn over and geet up and come to school much less go to work. but i was just glad that i had a good. and today also seems like a good day too. ^_^

So what constitutes a good day? Can you articulate that, so as to try to direct your life that way. Of course, there is so little one can control, but we should nevertheless strive. It's a way of shouting out to the world that yes, I can.
